The Los Angeles Lakers have a 19.9% chance of landing the number one pick in the 2016 NBA Draft. But if they land it, word is they don't want it.

The Lakers find themselves in an interesting position. They could receive the number one pick in the draft, or they could be without a first round pick altogether. If their pick does not fall in the top three, it's headed to the Philadelphia 76ers to wrap up a deal that started when Steve Nash left Phoenix for Los Angeles. There's a 55.8% chance the Lakers will draft in the top three.
The Suns meanwhile, have the fourth best odds of acquiring the number one selection, at 11.9%. There's a 37.8% chance they will draft in the top three. The 76ers and Celtics join the Lakers with better odds. Phoenix will also have a top-9 protected pick this summer, courtesy of the deal that sent Markieff Morris to the Washington Wizards.
So if the Suns do not obtain the top draft spot in the lottery, is that a prize they should pursue? More importantly, what sort of impact could this have on your daily fantasy strategy? Probably a great, big impact, huh? Thought so.
