Philadelphia, PA (Sports Network) - David Lee scored 19 points and hauled in 15 rebounds to lead the New York Knicks in a 110-104 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers in preseason action.
Chris Duhon also had 19 points and dished out five assists for the Knicks, who opened their preseason with a 113-111 loss to the Raptors on Wednesday. Zach Randolph had 18 points and grabbed nine boards in the win.
Elton Brand poured in a game-high 24 points for the 76ers, who opened their preseason with a 98-92 victory over the defending NBA champion Celtics on Wednesday. Andre Miller added 12 points and 12 assists in defeat, while Andre Iguodala had 16 points. Philadelphia forward Thaddeus Young left in the third quarter with a facial cut.
