Boston, MA (Sports Network) - Kendrick Perkins finished with 18 points and nine rebounds, as the Boston Celtics cruised past the New Jersey Nets, 83-66, in preseason action.
Gabe Pruitt had 11 points, 12 rebounds and seven assists for the Celtics, who round out their preseason schedule Tuesday against the Knicks in New York. Boston played without guard Rajon Rondo, who sprained his ankle in this past Friday's preseason game against the Knicks.
Ryan Anderson netted 20 points for the Nets, who have three preseason games left and host the Knicks Monday. New Jersey got 10 points from Yi Jianlian, the only other Nets player in double-figures.
