After spending a week on a whirlwind tour of the east, the Suns finally get to come home for a couple of games. Tonight's matchup with the New York Knicks will include former Suns Stephon Marbury and (if he's able to play through the hyperextended elbow he suffered on Sunday) Quentin Richardson. Previous homecomings for these two have been quite frosty--the Suns have won each time, often in blowout fashion. In fact, the Suns have won five of their last six meetings with the Knicks, and the one loss (in January 2006) took three overtimes for the Knicks to get it done. If the Suns are on their game the way they have been since mid-fourth quarter last Thursday, they should be looking good for this one.
Update: This is what happens when you create the game thread seventeen hours before tipoff. AZCentral is reporting that Raja Bell will not play, Quentin Richardson is questionable, and Stephon Marbury may not play either as he is presently MIA following an "in-house matter". I guess that makes my probable starters for both teams a little out of date. For comments about the Marbury situation and tonight's game from a Knicks fan's perspective, visit Poasting and Toasting.
I will be attending this game in person as part of my own whirlwind tour. So, no commentary from me during the game, but I will post a recap once I'm back at my hotel.
Doing something a little different with the visuals this time. Here's a bit of Suns history:

hey...
There are HD and regular boxes, the regular box would only work until they change the signal to digital in 2008-9. It's cheap, $75 or so at Fry's. I should've spent the time setting it up on my last visit to phx.
slingbox
We only get the nationally televised games here in Chicago. I've only seen the Suns play once this year and it hurts. I'm sure my folks would let me install a Slingbox at their place in Phoenix as well...
Thanks for the idea jasonsuns1!

your welcome
be careful about which one suits you best, the high def one or not
later :-)
On second thought, it's important your folks have a good internet speed, my parents don't, very poor, so I'm back to other options. I love my fios cable, and have a package price, and won't switch to direct tv or comcast, even though those do have nba lp and fios doesn't. It looks like I'm going to have to pay for the nba lp through a neighbor who has direct tv, then either record and watch later, or go ahead with the cheaper $75 sling media to watch from any location while online, which I always seem to be (online)
great video
Another Game
haha
