More Noise for LB

Seems like Leandro Barbosa's performance the past several games has made more people than just me think he's a lock for Sixth Man of the Year.  RotoRob is talking about it as well.  Check out the article and then click through to the Daily Dose article where he writes even more about the Brazilian Blur.

If there's any justice in the world
LB will get 6th man hands down.  Alas, I fear the world is often unfair, and justice sometimes eludes even the most worthy.  I am still hearing "Barbosa is next in line if Ben Gorden keeps starting and Manu Ginobili doesn't end up coming off the bench for more games than he starts".  Personally, I think that line of reasoning is hogwash.  LB is the only one of those three who is truly a bonafide "6th man".  The other two are starters who come off the bench because the coach thinks it helps the team.  LB actually thrives in a non-starting role.  Yes, he could probably be a starter too, but he seems to really excel at--and even prefer--being that spark of energy off the bench.  In my mind it's no contest.  Unfortunately, the voters don't usually ask me what I think before casting their votes, so we'll just have to wait and see.

LB
LB has been incredible and it is nice that people around the NBA are taking notice. I don't think he is a lock though. Manu in SA is back to being the 6ht man and he could challenge LB, in case LB has a drop off in production. For the Suns' sake I hope he keeps making amazing plays and wins not only the 6th man but the most improved player and the NBA championship ring (that one with his teammates of course)

Ok, Vash
Stop posting comments so I can go to bed!  :)  Actually, I'm headed there anyway.  Goodnight!
