We haven't seen this Pau Gasol since Phil Jackson retired................................................................ Hopefully, with superstars Dwight Howard and Steve Nash in the mix and his renewed confidence after a standout Olympics performance, the 2009-2010 Pau will return and bring the Lakers another championship. Still think Josh Smith is a better fit for the Lakers?
Did you know the newest Los Angeles Laker, Steve Nash, likes soccer? Yeah, you probably do. But did you know he hosts a star-studded soccer match every year in New York? Here's footage from the recent match, held last month. USMNT players Robbie Rogers and Stuart Holden are interviewed, as is Thierry Henry. NBA stars Elton Brand and Danny Green also discuss what it was like to play out there. And a former Chivas USA player, Jimmy Conrad, takes a good ribbing from Matt Ufford. Enjoy!
Found this stumbling last night.
This really made me smile! Guys having fun in the locker room, bonding with the new guys (wow that sentence can really be misunderstood!).
Kobe's monster game couldn't overcome Stoudemire's moves and Robin Lopez toughness. The Suns have started to crawl back into this series, and we'll show you what can get them another step closer to making this a real competitive series.

Robin Lopez had a differential of +2 which is unheard of in a game where his team lost by 21. He needs to play more than 24 minutes for the Suns to have a chance. But the Lakers look too strong and big for anyone left in this league. VIsit us at http://bballbreakdown.com for even more basketball!

This is not a video stating the suns only won by poor officiating. Nor am I complaining about it or starting a flame war. Blazers gave the game away on their own, no questions about that and please don't manipulate what I'm saying to classify me as a 'whiny blazer fan' and try not go to into far-reaching details about this is a make up call because of so and so. I am just posting a video about something we can all relate to, that feeling when a ref really makes a mistake and that thought "What the?" goes through your head. Sometimes it's nice to just sit back and laugh at how bad some refs can be (no matter what team you cheer for), in this particular case it's of course Joey Crawford. It was a blown call, a wtf call... and kind of funny really... and sad. So please watch the video for what it is and 'enjoy'.
Brace yourself for this one... and remember the refs did not make the blazers play as crappy as they did last night (I don't blame them). However, this was Camby's 4th foul in the 3rd and had to be pulled right after... and we all know what happened from there. The amazing Marcus Camby has the ability to foul without even being near Steve Nash. I HAD to look at this again and it was worse than what I remember. This is definitely the worst foul called all year... because there literally was none. You can see Camby, Roy and Hill all confused on what was called. Initially going to Roy, then changed to Camby... then Joey Crawford decides he fouled Nash and does some neck hand gesture. HD is still be processed, so give it a minute.
