I guess when you're as hot as the Suns have been over the past few years, it's inevitable that Suns players will take up the majority of the spots on a top 5 list. Who else are you going to pick? Especially when you have the criteria that the player's name has to be recognizable to someone who doesn't follow sports and the player has to be someone you would recognize walking down the street. That takes out all of the Coyotes players (maybe the coach could be on there!), all but one of the Cards players and leaves just a handful of D-Backs players.
Yes, the Suns really are the darlings of the Phoenix area right now.
