Gamethread: Phoenix Suns (29-18) look to turn tables on visiting Chicago Bulls (23-24)

It will be a game of wills. Can the Suns play their game? If so, it's a Suns win.

David Banks-USA TODAY Sports

There's no way the Bulls can win by playing the Suns game. In their last five games, the Suns have led for 190 of 192 possible minutes.

The Bulls must play their own game: hardnosed defense and crashing the glass.

Hornacek pregame:

  • "[The Bulls] are a very good defensive team. They help each other, they rotate quickly - we have to make quicker decisions. I thought we were a little slow on our decisions the last time."
  • "If you don't want to run with Goran and you're behind him then you're not going to get a pass. I think these guys are realizing that Goran is really pushing the ball and that...they'd better run."

Chicago Bull head coach Tom Thibodeau pregame:

  • "[The Suns] are well balanced. They are playing together. They are very good on offense. They are very good on defense. More importantly they are playing together as a team."
