Phoenix Suns power rankings round-up

Time to take another look at where the Suns stand in this season's power rankings.

Soobum Im-USA TODAY Sports

We'll start with NBC Sports. Writer Kurt Helin has the Phoenix Suns at 15, moving up one spot from last week.

Here is what Helin had to say:

They had a softer schedule last week and they could not bank enough wins, now things get tougher with the Spurs, Warriors and Raptors on the docket this week.

Next up, we take a look at CBS Sports version of the rankings. Writer Matt Moore has the Suns at 9.

Here is what Moore had to say:

The Bulls loss was disappointing, and they dug a hole vs. the Nuggets before going off in the second half. However, Brandon Knight and Eric Bledsoe are two guys who can take over a game at any point. One thing to note: They look a lot better with the small-ball lineups with multiple shooters, kind of like Indiana.

Lastly, we'll take a look at ESPN. Writer Marc Stein has the Suns at 19.

Here is what Stein had to say:

Just when we were poised to start making Bled-Show part of the daily lexicon, Brandon Knight turned in a couple of dream box scores for fantasy owners in wins over the Lakers and Nuggets to make sure we all know it's a two-headed backcourt in the desert that, at least numbers-wise, is hanging with Curry/Thompson and Lillard/McCollum.
