Days after Michael Scotto of Sheridan Hoops reported that the Rockets and Suns were in talks over a potential Markieff Morris deal, Marc Stein at ESPN reported as of Friday afternoon that sources tell him "the teams could get that deal done".

The Rockets would be giving Corey Brewer and Terrence Jones to Phoenix if such a deal were to go through.

Because of NBA trade rules, Brewer is not eligible to be traded until Jan. 15.
