Eric Bledsoe Leaves Game with Sprained Left Knee

Bledsoe had to be carried into the locker room by teammates.

The game was already going poorly for the Phoenix Suns, who were down by 14 at home to the Philadelphia 76ers after just the first quarter. Then, Eric Bledsoe went down with a sprained left knee.

Trying to go through a screen on defense, Bledsoe fell to the floor and couldn't get up. It appears to be a non contact injury to the left knee. The team continued to play without him for a possession before calling a timeout.

It looks like Bledsoe's injury has officially been classified as a left knee sprain and he will not return tonight. However, an MRI should confirm that assumption later.

If Bledsoe is out long-term, get ready to see a lot of Brandon Knight at point guard and a lot of Devin Booker in the starting lineup. Who knows, maybe even Sonny Weems will crack the rotation.
