Here we are at the All-Star break. The Suns sit in the 8th seed in the Western Conference with a 29-25 record, but are only half a game ahead of the healthy Thunder and a game and a half ahead of the Pelicans.
For the third straight year, the Suns do not have an All-Star. The only representation they had was Isaiah Thomas, whose Taco Bell Skills Challenge performance lasted about as long as the team would in a first-round playoff series with the Warriors.
And then there are the trade rumors. A lot of Suns fans may welcome a trade, but nobody knows for certain who is being shopped. Is it Dragic? Thomas? Green? Plumlee? The trade deadline is always a stressful time for any NBA fan.
With all that being said, we could use something to cheer about.
And what better way to do that than to show a highlight video that praises the team's strengths while conveniently ignoring its weaknesses?
No video can change the fact that the roster is unbalanced, or that the team has lost on four buzzer-beaters. However, the team has had some fantastic moments this season that have been overshadowed by our great expectations for them. Reading this blog, sometimes one might think that the Suns are a 15-win team rather than a 29-win one.
The team's highlights are broken up into two videos.
Here's the first, with all of the highlights from late December until the present.
And here's the second, a video that was posted a month ago of the team's November and early December best moments.
