According to Sam Amick of the USA Today, Dragic has told the Suns he has no plans to re-sign. Amick's full post that you can find in the hyperlink opens with a big declaration that "Goran Dragic wants out of Phoenix."
Shams Charania of RealGM also had this tweet on the matter, specifying the trade request and that the Suns will cooperate.
Suns informed Goran Dragic tonight that they'll accept his request for trade and work to move him by deadline, league source tells RealGM.

Marc Stein and Adrian Wojnarowski also confirmed the reports with their own sources.
This obviously puts the Suns in a bind because the entire league now knows that the Suns are going to deal him before the trade deadline on Thursday.
The Rockets and the Lakers were the two rumored destinations we got reports of earlier in the week, but now you'd assume that GM Ryan McDonough will get more calls. There is the possibility of a bidding war balancing out some of the value lost in those reports coming out.
Adrian Wojnarowski has also reported that Dragic's agent has offered the Suns a list of teams he'd be interested in playing for.
Bill Duffy, agent for Dragic, offered a list of teams that they would prefer to be traded, including the Lakers, league source tells Yahoo.

It seems like Goran and his people are really controlling this situation and are ready to move on. This should be an interesting 40 hours.
Woj has now tweeted out some of those preferred destinations.
The Los Angeles Lakers, Miami Heat and New York Knicks are among preferred destinations for Goran Dragic, league sources tell Yahoo Sports.

David Aldridge also says the list is "very short," so now he's being super specific as well.
Dragic has given Suns a "very short list," per source, of teams that he would like to be traded to by Thursday.
