The Phoenix Suns face off against the Miami Heat tonight in South Beach, but the Heat may be without the services of former Suns player Goran Dragic and the Suns might be without Dragic's replacement Brandon Knight.

Dragic suffered a back injury in Miami's last game. He played in the second half but has been listed as questionable for the game against the Suns tonight. Brandon Knight suffered a hip pointer against OKC and gutted it out then too, but missed the second half of the Spurs game after starting 0-6 from the field and landing on the hip to re-ignite the pain. Both are day-to-day.

This was supposed to be one of those emotionally gut wrenching, hand wringing comparison games where we over analyze every single move, touch, shot and turnover by Knight and Dragic. Depending on the side of the fence we sit on, each player's performance in this game would either justify or condemn the Dragic trade for all time (or until each played again).

Neither team is streaking in the right direction since the trade. The Suns are 2-4 despite Knight putting up 19 and 4.5 until his injury. The Heat are 3-3 with one of their wins coming in improbable fashion - an 8-point swing in the final 43 seconds - with Dragic contributing little to forcing overtime. Dragic has produced 13.8 points and 5.4 assists as the full time point guard.

Hopefully both with be healthy and play tonight.
