Welcome to the Madhouse! As the Phoenix Suns' season winds down, I'm turning my eyes towards the playoffs.
I'm throwing my hat in the ring as unabashedly cheering for a Golden State Warriors-Atlanta Hawks finals. First because it gives me hope that two mid- to small-market star-crossed franchises can rise to the level of championship contenders. Second, because it will give NBA sponsors fits. Third, because, with the exception of maybe the Splash Brothers, it will put the focus firmly on the style of basketball being played rather than the personalities involved.
What's your post-season plan? Are you at all interested in what happens on the court or are you just counting days to the draft, summer league, and free agency?
