An official roster will be announced later today,  but here's an early look at who will be competing for the Suns in the NBA Summer League in Las Vegas later this week.

Here's the Twitter reaction to LaMarcus Aldridge electing to take his talents to San Antonio.

Doesn't sound like the Suns fired anyone as a result of this news. Unfortunately, Portland isn't able to say the same.

In any event, by most accounts Phoenix made it a difficult decision for the prized free agent of the 2015 NBA off season.

Arizona celebrities and politicians did their part to attempt to persuade Aldridge to wear purple and orange.

Moving on the Suns look to continue to be aggressive in free agency, potentially making a play for Ryan Anderson and trading Markieff Morris. Of course, the source of this rumor has about as bad a track record on "Suns inside info" as one could possibly have.
