Klay Thompson scores as many points against Lakers in first quarter as the Suns did in entire first half

Golden State's Klay Thompson scored 22 points against the Los Angeles Lakers in his first quarter of play on Tuesday night. The Phoenix Suns, as a whole, scored the same amount in their first half of play against the same team on Sunday.

Last night Klay Thompson of the Golden State Warriors was on fire when he played the Lakers, scoring 22 points in the first quarter alone. However, when the Phoenix Suns went up against the Los Angeles team on Sunday, their performance was less than hot, scoring the same amount of points as a team in the entire first half.

Thompson finished the night with 36 points, and the Warriors came out on top by a final score of 109-88.
