According to ESPN’s Marc Stein, Brandon Knight’s playing days in Phoenix are fading away.

Stein briefly mentioned Knight’s situation on Friday morning, stating that Knight “will be one of the bigger names to move”. Here’s his bit on Knight in its entirety:

“ The latest signals continue to suggest that Suns guard Brandon Knight will be one of the bigger names to move between now and the Feb. 23 trade deadline. Knight played only nine minutes in the Suns' home win Thursday night over Toronto, less than 20-year-old rookie Tyler Ulis.”

Trade talks on Knight have been rampant all season for Phoenix, who currently sits at 10-23 after beating the Raptors last night.

Earlier this week, Brian Windhorst touched on Knight’s potential to move to Sacramento in an ESPN podcast with Zach Lowe. See our piece on what he had to say here.
