Devin Booker will be making a second appearance at All-Star Weekend. In addition to facing off against 3/5 of Golden State's starting lineup in the 3-point contest, Adrian Wojnarowski of The Vertical is reporting that Booker will replace the injured Nerlens Noel in the Rising Stars game.
