For a moment, set aside your frustration with the current Suns season. Focus on the fun display of the young players getting a chance to shine on the big stage.
On one night, 22-year old center Alex Len pulls down a career high 18 rebounds. On another, rookie 19-year old Devin Booker nets six treys. And on yet another, Archie Goodwin sets a new career scoring high.
Under coach Watson so far, the Suns are a fun watch. They stay in the game and fight, despite coming up a bit short on the scoreboard.
Bright Side Night 2015, v 1.1
So let's give another 250 kids a great experience coming to a Suns game this month! We don't need any donations. The tickets are already covered.
The Suns and I have circled Thursday, February 25 vs. the Brooklyn Nets as the perfect game.
From our inaugural Bright Side Night on November 14, we had 125 unused tickets. It's understandably difficult to get 100% attendance in anything, and Bright Side Night was no exception. The Suns had a few ticket packs go unclaimed and we didn't want your donations to go to waste.
The team will match the unused, donated tickets to make it a round number of 250 giveaways to local kids!
What we need from you
Nothing out of your pocket. Not a dime. The tickets are already paid for.
All we need from YOU is to connect us with some worthy kids or youth organizations.
We are focusing on non-profit organizations who support underprivileged kids. Could be a shelter, a school, an after-school program, or something along those lines.
Please email me your recommendations and I'll forward them on to our Suns rep!
