Listen, I get it. Team chemistry, repairing damaged relationships, blah, blah, blah. But calling Markieff Morris an "amazing leader" is probably coming a little bit too strong. How about something like this? "There has been an increased effort that has not gone unrecognized." There you go, that sounds better.
