Steve Kerr's GM decisions still burn

When the Suns hired Steve Kerr as GM in June 2007, he took the helm of a team that had won the Pacific Division three straight years, and gone deep into the playoffs all three of those years (including two trips to the Western Conference Finals). We were the most exciting, fastest-paced, highest-scoring team in the league.

Then came Kerr, bad mouthing offensive-minded smaller lineups and run-and-gun offenses, and preaching the sacrosanctity of "big men". He was so sure of himself, he dismantled our well-oiled machine by bringing in Shaq and Terry Porter, and by 2009 the Suns didn't even make the playoffs.

If you look at Kerr now, and what the Golden State Warriors are doing, is it safe to say Kerr changed his mind about a few of his philosophies?

We'll never know what that 7SOL team would have been capable of given another couple seasons of continuity, but thank God a local band called Upsuck has written a HILARIOUS song to ensure the masses never forget the tragedy that was Steve Kerr, General Manager.

You'll laugh so hard you'll cry. And then you'll fondly remember the good old days and cry some more.
