Mirza Teletovic headed to Milwaukee

3 years, 30 mil, and he's a Buck.

Sources say that Mirza Teletovic has agreed to a deal and will join the Milwaukee Bucks.

Last season the power forward who famously said he would die for basketball, set an NBA record for the most three-pointers hit by a reserve in a single season. Teletovic averaged 12.2 points and shot nearly 40% from three in just over 21 minutes per game last season.

According to ESPN's Marc Stein Phoenix and Milwaukee were engaged in trade talks revolving around Teletovic in February.

"Among the many things Phoenix is discussing today, sources say, is dealing Mirza Teletovic to Milwaukee. But the Bucks' largest trade exception is agonizingly too small ($5.2 million) to absorb Teletovic's $5.5 million salary, so any deal would have to involve players from both teams."

Two days later, Teletovic would say he wanted to stay in Phoenix.

"To be honest, I came here to accomplish certain things," Teletovic said. "And I would feel disappointed if I didn't stay. I know I'm also in a one-year deal but I'll try to stay here as long as possible and I want to do things I came to do here."

And now he's a Buck. Take one more look Suns fans:
