Special one-night event will feature Phoenix Suns announcer Al McCoy

The radio voice of the Phoenix starts started calling games in 1972.

Al McCoy, the radio voice of the Phoenix Suns for more than four decades will be participating in a special event on Wednesday at Polo's, and you can be a part of it.

Ian Hugh, the Vice Mayor of Glendale will interview the man who has brought the Phoenix Suns to you over the radio for the past 45 years. Other topics that evening will include food, jazz music, and lifetime experiences for the two long time Glendale residents. Wednesday evening there will also be a presentation from Mayor Jerry Weiers' office.

If you are interested in participating in this week's special event at Polo's, reservations can be made at 623-463-8104. Polo's is located at 4935 W. Glendale Ave., Suite 17. The interview with Hugh and McCoy is scheduled to begin at 6:30 pm.
