AZ Central’s Doug Haller shares Nuggets head coach Michael Malone’s compliments about Devin Booker’s commitment to take extra shots after practice.

From the article:

“As the year went on – and, obviously, they were losing games – they threw him out there and slowly but surely you saw Devin Booker and what he was capable of doing, the scoring, the playmaking,’’ Malone said before Saturday’s contest against the Suns.

“I think he’s really just built on what he did in the second half of the season last year. From what I hear, he’s a gym rat and a great kid. He has a gift in his ability to shoot, but he can also get his shot. And they do a really good shot of putting him in the post at times where he can shoot over smaller guards. He’s a heck of a young talent.”
