Your Phoenix Suns have lost every game since the cornerstone of our mostly bad franchise went down with a strained left adductor injury. But fear not, Phoenix faithful. The return of Devin Booker is upon us.
Just got off phone with Ryan McDonough. He said Suns hoping to get Booker back before Dec. 29 game against Sacramento. Could be Dec. 26 against Memphis. But McDonough said Booker will have to practice first, see how his body responds before playing

Of course the losing is sure to continue, because that is the business we are in now, but hopefully it will not roll on at such a torrid pace. Overall Phoenix has lost five straight, tied for their longest skid this season. They’ll get a crack at number six Saturday when they travel to Minnesota.
If Booker is back by December 26th, the 98th anniversary of the New York Yankees acquiring Babe Ruth from the Boston Red Sox, the opponent will be the Memphis Grizzlies in Phoenix. If it’s the 29th, the day the first YMCA opened in 1851, it will be the Suns and Kings in Sacramento.
For the season Booker is averaging career highs in basically everything. While I’m sure no one wants him to rush his return at the risk of further injury, we probably need him back in the Suns are going to be even remotely watchable in 2018.
Give to Bright Side Night. Merry Christmas.
