The Madhouse - Week of 4/10/2017

We are in the homiest of home stretches. The Phoenix Suns play one more game on Tuesday night and then the off-season, with its draft lotteries and draft picks and free agency and Summer Leagues, is upon us! Here’s what I’ve got this week:

• How ‘bout them Lakers! The Suns put up back to back double-digit wins without jeopardizing their lottery status because of the Los Angeles Lakers’ 4-game win streak. Incredible.
• It could be a big week for movie trailers: Thor: Ragnarok dropped today... and it’s a safe bet we’ll be seeing a Star Wars trailer later this week. (Oh, and apparently a new Smurfs movie came out? What?)
• Baseball is here. That doesn’t mean much to me, but it probably means something to a lot of you. It will mean something to me soon as I am very excited to be moving to a place that has a minor league team. I enjoy the low-stakes minor league environment more than the bigs for some reason.
