David Pick is reporting that someone else is reporting that University of Virginia product Darion Atkins will be added to the Phoenix Suns Summer League roster.

The 2015 ACC Defensive Player of the Year went undrafted that year before signing with the Summer Spurs. He’d catch on with the Knicks, appearing in three preseason games before joining their D, now G, league affiliate in Westchester.
Atkins was named an Israeli Basketball Super League All-Star last season.
The 2017 NBA Summer League in Las Vegas, Nevada kicks off Friday, July 7th from UNLV’s Thomas and Mack Center.
Twenty-four teams will participate in the 11-day 67-game event. ESPN and NBA TV will televise 63 of those games.
Each team will play three games before being seeded into a tournament that will commence on July 12th. Teams are guaranteed to participate in five games.
The 2017 NBA Summer League Championship game will take place on Monday, July 17th.
