Trade for Willie Cauley-Stein?

Second year player, semi-broke out into a productive player after the All-Star break last year putting up 12.7 points, 7.0 rebounds and 2.4 assist in the first 17 games as a starter. He's most comparable to a DeAndre Jordan but he definitely has shown an ability to be a better scorer. He definitely fits #TheTimeline at 23 years old and could be our center of the future, the question is if Sacramento is willing to deal him?

He's yet to get a full season of heavy minutes (averaged 18 minutes per game last season) so there remains the question if he can live up to the expectations of being drafted 6th overall. I became a huge fan of watching this guy play for Kings last season, he has tremendous potential and high upside.

If Sacramento surprises in the West somehow and is looking to add extra firepower, especially if WCS isn't playing heavy minutes, I think we can capitalize on this opportunity. It does look like Sacramento is all-in trying to make the playoffs, they've given George Hill 20M a year, Zach 12M a year, and brought in Carter for a year at 8M. Although I don't see Carter being a big contributor.

Potential trade

Sacramento receives - Tyson Chandler, Jared Dudley, future first round (protected)

Phoenix receives - Willie Cauley-Stein, Vince Carter (waived, signs with Spurs/Warriors/Celtics/Cavs? for vets minimum, Plus a filler to make the salaries work either (Koufus or Temple))
