Suns’ Warren out, Booker game-time decision vs. Pistons

But don’t be discouraged, Suns fans.

Tank fans will be pleased to learn that the Phoenix Suns could be without 42% of their scoring on Tuesday night when the team hosts the Detroit Pistons at Talking Stick Resort Arena.

Warren left Saturday’s loss to the Golden State Warriors with a sprained knee. He’s the second leading scorer on the team this season with 19.6 points per contest.

Devin Booker has a sore hand, we’re told, and will be a game-time decision. He has missed two of the last four games. He’s having a career year with 24.9 points per game, but you’re definitely going to see less of him the final three weeks of the season because......I don’t know. Long term strategy?

But Warren’s absence means more Josh Jackson. Saturday he had a career-high 36. Could we see a similar performance? The first game with Detroit he went for 20 points, 7 rebounds, and 3 steals. So no, Suns fans, this game is not completely unwatchable.

The Suns host the Pistons at 10p ET. And I think you should watch.
