Once again the highlight of the NBA’s offseason will be held in beautiful Las Vegas, Nevada. All games will be played at UNLV’s Thomas and Mack Center and Cox Pavilion.
Across 12 days fans will be treated to 82 games. For the first time in Las Vegas Summer League history, all 30 NBA teams will be participating. The event will tip off Friday, July 6th and continue through Tuesday, July 17th.
The Suns will open with the Dallas Mavericks on July 6th at 6:30p PT. That game will be televised on ESPN. The next day at 4:30p Phoenix meets Sacramento in a likely battle of #1 vs. #2 picks. That game will tip at 4:30p PT and will also be televised on ESPN.
Monday, July 9th the Suns face the Orlando Magic at 6:30p PT. That game will be shown on NBA TV.
After three games’ teams are slotted into a tournament that will conclude on July 17th. Every squad is guaranteed at least two tournament games. Add that to the three games referenced above and Suns fans will be lucky enough to see at minimum five games.
Here’s the schedule in a more digestible format:

Saturday, July 7 Sacramento Thomas & Mack Center 4:30 p.m. ESPN

If you have never attended this event I cannot recommend it enough. It’s a blast. Do it now because it’s getting bigger every year. Let the BSOTS team know in the comment section if you’ll be there. I’m unsure if I’ll be able to attend but if I am, I absolutely am not above letting you buy me a beer.
