According to the ones who know, the Phoenix Suns spent $15 million to sign Trevor Ariza to a one-year deal.

That’s (almost) all their cap space this summer and means they will have to release Alan Williams by July 8 to create enough space to sign him
Any other moves would have to be via trade.
On the plus side, Ariza is best in contract years and this will be a contract year, so he won’t slack off.
On another plus side, he will bring hard-edged play, defense and moxie to the Suns wings, and can play a good deal of power forward next to Ayton.
On the down side, his presence, along with Mikal Bridges, kind of makes it hard for T.J. Warren to stay in the rotation.
