No need to worry anymore, Suns fans. Devin Booker will be a Phoenix Sun for the long haul after officially signing his 5-year, $158 million max extension on Saturday.
I am humbled & honored to commit to the Suns organization long term. I loved calling Phoenix home the last 3 seasons as this team & community are special to me. Thank you to the Suns for drafting me and believing in me. I look forward to the future & pursuing a title as a Sun. pic.twitter.com/AHRaraPww6

Booker will lead the Suns into a new era of basketball spearheaded by Josh Jackson, Deandre Ayton and new head coach Igor Kokoskov.
Last season, Booker averaged 24.9 points, 4.5 rebounds and 4.7 assists while seeing his efficiency rise in the process. The Suns’ franchise star also had 22 outings where he scored 30+ points, which was 40.7% of the time he stepped out on the floor. An elite number placing Booker among the best scorers in the league.
Now, it’s time for Booker to lead Phoenix back to the glory days trying to secure the first NBA championship in franchise history.
