Finally, the 2018-19 schedule for the Phoenix Suns has arrived. However, it’s a doozy with multiple rough patches sprinkled throughout the 82-game rigor.
Here are the main takeaways I noticed right away:
- 12 back-to-backs, eight before the All-Star Break. Tied for lowest in the league.
- Only three nationally televised games on ESPN and TNT. Season opener versus Dallas and Halloween night at home against San Antonio are ESPN west coast showcases.
- LeBron James’ first visit to Phoenix in Lakers colors will happen on October 24.
- Defending NBA champion Golden State Warriors first trip to the Valley will be on New Year’s Eve.
- Five road trips spanning at least three games, three of which are four or five games.
Here’s the entire schedule below, with plenty of interesting home and away stretches to follow.
