2018 Basketball Hall of Fame ceremonies schedule of events

Five Phoenix Suns legends will be enshrined in the Basketball Hall of Fame on Friday.

San Antonio Spurs v Phoenix Suns

This week is a big week for the Phoenix Suns franchise. Your favorite team, one that was once great and then fell upon hard times but is indisputably right around the corner from the first championship in team history, will see five alumni inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, Massachusetts.

The Suns will become the first franchise in NBA history to have four former players inducted in the same class. Jason Kidd, Steve Nash, Grant Hill, and Charlie Scott will be joined by former team president Rick Welts, the mind behind NBA All-Star Weekend.

Go ahead and break the bank on a last minute flight to Hartford plus a rental car to get to Springfield for Thursday’s and Friday’s events. Here’s what awaits:

Former Suns make up nearly 40% of the 2018 class. It’s a good day to be a fan in an era when those days have been hard to come by. Enjoy!
