If you are a Phoenix-area Suns fan and you have strong opinions regarding renovations to Talking Stick Resort Arena, you may want to change your Thursday evening plans.
Tonight is your last shot at publicly voicing your opinion on the proposed $230 million plan to spruce up TSRA, the Suns’ home for the last 26 years.
Phoenix residents looking to voice their opinion on a $230 million Suns arena renovation deal can do so for one last time Thursday night. https://t.co/EXhPZntrHi

When I say tonight, I mean less than two hours from the time your reading this. So get a move on if you want to join Greta Rogers in Arizona lore.
Tonight’s public meeting will be held at the Desert West Community Center from 6;00 PM to 8:00 PM.
This is the last of five meetings since the Phoenix City Council voted in mid-December to postpone a vote on the arena renovations in order to give the public a chance to be heard.
The Suns are looking to chip in $80 million. The remaining $150 million would come from the city’s Sports Facilities Fund. That fund consists of tourism tax money.
A month ago there was a significant backlash to the proposal. Today there’s this tweet suggesting some have softened their stance.
A new poll commissioned by the Greater Phoenix Chamber found that almost half of Phoenix likely voters supported the proposed $230 million Phoenix Suns arena renovation deal after they were “educated on the facts of the agreement."https://t.co/yt1RogKfAt

I don’t live in Phoenix, so I don’t have a strong opinion. I live in Las Vegas and we have our own stadium ripoff to worry about. What do you think, Suns fans?
