Sneaker enthusiasts may be interested to know that the most popular footwear among NBA players for the 2018-19 season is the Nike Hyperdunk X according to the bright minds at ballershoesdb.com

You should click on this link for lots of good information regarding preferred shoes in the NBA.

Some things I learned:

  • Nike still dominates their competition. Over 60% of the league wears a swoosh. Adidas is second at nearly 16%.
  • Puma is on the comeback. Nine players wear the brand, including future NBA Hall of Fame big man Deandre Ayton of your Phoenix Suns.
  • Evidently it’s weird to wear a model of shoe that is even a year old. One player who is keeping a shoe that he is comfortable with is TJ Warren who wears the KD 9 that’s been out a couple years.

I learned something about shoes. You can too. Check out ballershoesdb.com. It is a fine website.

And because I know you’re curious. Here is what Keith wears:

Warm weekend

Cold weekend

I will not and cannot imagine a world without Bostonians.
