Add another issue to the list for Josh Jackson. At the Rolling Loud Music Festival in Miami — Devin Booker, Deandre Ayton and Kelly Oubre Jr. were also in attendance — Jackson was arrested for escaping and resisting arrest.
The Suns’ No. 4 overall pick from the 2017 NBA Draft reportedly tried to enter the event’s VIP area multiple times without having a pass. After being put in handcuffs, Jackson fled the scene before ultimately being booked.

This is a horrible look for Jackson, and there’s no other way to spin it. After skipping a fan meet-and-greet in February where Suns GM James Jones had to show up buying everyone beer for the inconvenience, Jackson is back in the news for all the wrong reasons.
During his one season at Kansas, Jackson was also involved with authorities after being charged with property damage after allegedly vandalizing a woman’s car.
Here is Jackson’s public case information following his booking into the Miami-Dade County jail:

Jackson hasn’t lived up to the sky-high expectations laid on him by former GM Ryan McDonough, who said the two-way prospect was the “perfect” fit alongside Booker. Since then, he’s been usurped by Mikal Bridges and Kelly Oubre Jr. as the prioritized wings of the future.
Stay tuned to Bright Side Of The Sun as we’ll keep you updated further on this situation. Is this the final nail in the coffin to Jackson’s tenure with the Suns?
