Kelly Oubre shows out at Zeke End in Seattle with Isaiah Thomas and Kevin Porter Jr.

As Mikal Bridges made his way to Las Vegas for USA Basketball camp and Devin Booker hosted his youth camp in Tempe, Kelly Oubre Jr. was in Seattle this weekend at Isaiah Thomas’ Zeke End tournament putting on a show.

The competition at the event seems super stacked, to be completely honest. Thomas runs the event and put himself, Seattle native Kevin Porter Jr. and Oubre Jr. all on one team. From the looks of it, the only other NBA guys competing against that squad were Tony Wroten (formerly of the Grizzlies and 76ers) and James Johnson of the Heat.

Not fair. For Oubre, though, a great excuse to put together a highlight reel. If he ever had to apply for a contract rather than just being offered one, this would be a great little video to put out there as a resume. Adults have always told me you’re supposed to spruce up your resume with things that make you look really good.

This fits the bill. Flying down the court and dunking over guys a foot shorter than him, Oubre looks like a hoops legend.

Think of it as a warmup for the Suns’ wing, recently signed to a lucrative two-year deal to stick around in Phoenix.

Real NBA basketball is still a long way away, but if you want to bide your time until the Suns return to the court, Oubre making small adult humans look like children that have never player basketball is a great way to do it.
