Tim, Dave and Greg have a special interview with our SB Nation sister blog, StreakingTheLawn.com, on Phoenix Suns rookie Ty Jerome.

Ty Jerome — known as Milk (or Milky or G.O.A.T. Milk if you ask Kelly Oubre Jr.) — led Virginia to a national title last spring, but Suns fans are almost certain to know nothing about him.

The point guard was a three-year player for Virginia, starting his final two years, and improving by leaps and bounds each year in the program. Jerome was the best player for the best team in college basketball last year, but has flown under the radar this summer as an NBA prospect. Jerome will be fighting for backup minutes behind starter Ricky Rubio this year.

Our sister blog for the Virginia Cavaliers StreakingTheLawn.com’s Caroline Darney joined us to discuss Jerome’s role with Virginia and his impact on the basketball program as a whole.
