Chris Paul is a Phoenix Sun!

The franchise has come a long way, from Eric Bledsoe not wanting to be here to a future Hall of Fame guard in Chris Paul asking to come here. After the hiring of a great coach in Monty Williams and a great GM in James Jones, the Suns went on a miraculous 8-0 bubble run and not only is the future bright. But the future is now.

According to SB Nation’s latest Reacts survey, while the majority of fans may not feel that the Phoenix Suns won the trade, they do feel he improves the team.

Most national fans felt that it was a fair trade, with slightly more thinking the Thunder won versus the Suns winning.

However, Bright Side fans were not as happy with things. When given only the two options (win or lose), barely 43% of Bright Side fans think they won the trade.

On the plus, side the Suns may not have won the trade in Bright Side’s eyes, the team as a whole is now somehow a contender. Not sure how that works, but here we are.

Three-fourths of Suns fans think this new team with two All-Star guards in Chris Paul and Devin Booker is a contender in the West. National media has been saying some pretty nice things as well.
