Locked On Suns Wednesday: Carmelo Anthony closes the Suns out once again

The Suns’ lack of depth was finally challenged by an opponent, as Portland thoroughly outplayed Phoenix.

Brendon goes solo and breaks down the Suns’ 121-105 loss to the Trail Blazers, as the Suns’ lack of depth finally caught up to them. While just about every part of Portland’s roster contributed as needed, the Suns could not survive poor offensive nights from multiple starters.

Brendon discusses how Dario Saric can offset his defensive limitations by scoring and fighting on the glass, as well as Ricky Rubio’s aggressive scoring and the precise environment in which Cheick Diallo can thrive.

Then, the show closes with a breakdown of why Mikal Bridges has to keep scoring, and how the steal numbers told the story of the game.
