The NBA has four different plans to return to play in Orlando in July but will the Phoenix Suns be part of them? Does it even matter? If they make it is their playoff drought over?
In the 22-team version, where 13 come from the West and 9 from the East, the league would play about 8 games each, then have a small play-in tourney for the 8th spot in each conference. The Suns are 13th in the West, 6 games back of the West seed right now.
If given the chance, can the Suns make a run with a healthy roster? Frank Kaminsky is healthy now. So are Kelly Oubre Jr. and Cameron Johnson to join Devin Booker, Ricky Rubio, Deandre Ayton and the gang on a “finally healthy” tour through Disney.
Tim, Dave and Espo — and the great gang in the LIVE comment section — discuss that and much more on this episode of the Solar Panel podcast.
