Like some of us (Justin) predicted months ago, the Phoenix Suns went 8-0 in the Orlando Bubble. Yet, despite doing everything they could, the team still missed out on the playoffs. Being one Caris Levert jumper away from the playoffs certainly stung, but in true Fanning the Flames fashion, we forget the pain and look forward to the Suns future with more optimism than ever.
Join us for the ride as we:
- Put a wrap on the bubble experience by heaping some final praise on the Suns;
- Discuss the upcoming offseason and the various ways James Jones may build on what started in Orlando; and
- Consider Devin Booker’s ceiling, and whether that ceiling is something the NBA has never seen before (as Paul put it, “is Book a ‘prototype’?”).
