The Suns closed out their second-straight game after getting down 11+ late in the third quarter to a talented Mavericks team on their home court.

“Resiliency,” Williams said of one word to describe the game. “To be able to win a game like that when you know you haven’t played your best basketball.”

The Dallas Mavericks now have a 6-game losing streak, and over the last three years the Suns are 8-1 in games against the Mavericks.

“I was telling the guys in the locker room that I don’t know if I can ever retire because the emotional roller coaster that you go on during a game – like for real, for real – there’s no high like that.”
