Which teams got better? Which teams got worse?
- 1st, 2nd and 4th seeds did nothing: Utah, Suns, Lakers
- LA Clippers (3rd) swapped Lou Williams for Rajon Rondo for some reason — did they get worse?
- Denver (5th) added Aaron Gordon and JaVale McGee (for only basically Gary Harris)
- Portland (6th) got Norman Powell for Gary Trent Jr. and Rodney Hood, also now expecting Jusuf Nurkic back Friday as well — are they any better?
- Dallas (6th) added shooting with Redick and Melli, swapping defense for offense
